hujames asked: What would you say is your defining style as a photographer?

Sorry…this question has been in my inbox for like a month and I’m still not quite sure how to answer it. I can’t say that other photographers don’t do this, but I bring a camera with me literally everywhere that I go. Even if it’s like a five minute trip to the bank and back. I really try to find the beauty in un-beautiful things in life because if I can achieve that, I’ve effectively spun the book-cover appeal of something around and presented it with a different perspective. I also like to experiment a lot. And I spend a lot of time and money on experimentation. I’m not sure what else though, at the core of it all, I just love what I do and the passion in me always wants to constantly push the boundaries of my own capabilities and of the definition of photography (although I’m still kinda struggling with finding the definition of photography).

On occasion with my Yashica or my Polaroid(s), yes!
